Mariner Home Exteriors was founded in response to the home owner’s need for affordable yet high end exterior replacement products for the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area's existing housing. Josh Margulies, founder of Mariner Home Exteriors, is a 30 year veteran of the home building and remodeling industry. He is also the founder and president of Mariner Homes, a custom home building firm. Since founding the Mariner companies in 1995, he has built and remodeled hundreds of homes in the greater Washington DC Metro area.
